We’re all a little lost sometimes. Sometimes, our lives unfold in a way that causes us to feel as if we’ve stagnated and are stuck in the same place without a means to get out and onto the next big thing. Other times, circumstances that seem catastrophic and beyond our control force change, and we find ourselves in unknown territory, picking up the pieces without a hint of what comes next.

In either case, it’s perfectly normal to feel scared about the future, but when we feel that fear, we have to embrace it instead of avoiding it or distracting ourselves. By accepting where we are, we’re able to finally let go of the should-haves and could-have beens that would’ve led us somewhere else.
